The QAP consists of actions which allow to collect information from suppliers. Each action has objectives in terms of deadlines and priority. Actions can be linked.
The buyer or quality manager can associate quality indicators chosen in a library or specifically defined. These indicators can be evaluated directly when entered or throughout the entire quality process.
Actions are assigned to collaborators or suppliers who can report on their progress, provide comments, enter notes or findings which result from monitoring activities (anomalies, quality deviations, non-compliance, etc.).
Notifications make it possible to alert and contact the players in charge of each action depending on the deadlines defined compared to the end dates. They automatically receive email notifications containing a link to update their action.
